Sasha Damouni Ellis is a seasoned executive and Founding Partner of Damouni Group, where she partners with private and public healthcare companies on corporate affairs, media relations, and investor engagement. Sasha previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Corporate Affairs Officer at Vir Biotechnology, an immunology company focused on infectious diseases such as chronic hepatitis delta and strategic oncology programs, where she oversaw the company’s external communications, investor relations, and public policy functions. Before that, she was Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs & Investor Relations at Marinus Pharmaceuticals, focused on rare genetic epilepsies and seizure disorders. She also led U.S. external communications for Bayer’s pharmaceuticals division, spent seven years as a healthcare reporter at Bloomberg News covering biotech and pharma, and launched Pharmawire (BioPharm Insight) for Mergermarket, later acquired by the Financial Times Group. She is also a Senior Advisor to Arena Advisory Group.
