Ryan MacDonald

Ryan MacDonald brings more than 15 years of experience in life sciences corporate development, finance, and capital markets. He most recently served as Vice President, Corporate Development at Bristol Myers Squibb, where he led mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and out-licensing activities. Prior to that, he served as Vice President, Finance at Novavax, where he led the development of the company’s first corporate long-range plan and helped raise more than $650 million in capital through equity and convertible note offerings. Earlier in his career, he held corporate development and finance roles at Pfizer. Mr. MacDonald holds a BS in Finance and Management from the University of Richmond’s Robins School of Business.
